Innovative international hospitality group Noble 33 will introduce Casa Madera, its high-energy coastal Mexican fine-dining concept, to Miami’s Wynwood on December 11. This will be the third and largest location of Casa Madera to open, following West Hollywood and Toronto. Designed as a pulsing seaside sanctuary, Casa Madera Miami will embody the charm and mystique of the Mexican Riviera, where every bite and sip feels like a celebration of the sea and sky.

From Co-Founders Tosh Berman and Mikey Tanha, Casa Madera is the second of Noble 33’s elevated dining experiences to open in Wynwood. It follows the debut of the modern Italian steakhouse Sparrow Italia in the fall of 2024, which quickly became one of the most sought-after reservations in Miami’s highly competitive culinary mecca.

Upon entering Casa Madera, guests will feel welcomed into an immersive experience where time slows as their senses awaken to an enlightened vision of life alfresco. The 17,660 square-foot open-layout Casa Madera occupies the building’s seventh and eighth floors above Sparrow Italia. On the lower level, guests encounter the bar, lounge and main dining room. To follow on the second level, a lighter, more casual indoor-outdoor lounge leads to the 4,280 square-foot members-only rooftop deck with an outdoor, sunken swimming pool, sun-loungers and VIP-style seating, and sweeping views of Wynwood and Downtown Miami. A grand wood and metal staircase connects the west-end lounge spaces, allowing easy navigation between the environments.

With interior and lighting design by ICRAVE, a Journey studio, Casa Madera will evoke an aesthetic as light, bright and breezy as the climates and coastlines that inspire its cuisine. Light plaster walls, dramatically grained wood furniture elements, natural stones, and abundant greenery create an atmosphere that exudes sea-meets-sand comfort while still feeling luxurious, warm and inviting. The upholstery, drapes, and design accents adorn the space with layers of canvas-like fabrics in shades of beachy ivories.

The culinary program at Casa Madera, executed by Executive Chef Abelardo “Tito” Vargas, will take guests on a sophisticated journey through the flavors of Mexico. While seafood is a menu focus, Casa Madera blends traditional Mexican techniques with contemporary twists. Signature starters like the Casa Guacamole topped with tajin-dusted mango and the Madai Snapper, featuring passionfruit leche de tigre and hearts of palm, showcase the coastal influence. Tacos filled with Jidori chicken, tiger shrimp, or A5 Wagyu skirt steak offer a fresh taste of flavors and influence from Mexico’s beach towns. The raw bar, a vibrant focal point, features meticulously sourced selections like Hamachi Serrano and Tuna Timbale with truffle ponzu, delivering a refined crudo experience. Entrées range from a tender Dover Sole with lemon caper beurre blanc to flaming, table-side Flaming Salt Baked Branzino for two.

To complement the menu, each floor offers a full-service bar featuring a reserve list of the world’s finest tequilas, mezcals, and wines will delight palates, along with a sophisticated but approachable collection of libations crafted from fresh organic fruit and produce. Curated by Noble 33 Beverage Director Juan Carlos Santana, Casa Madera’s cocktail program surprises and delights, each drink reflecting a sense of place and blending fresh, natural ingredients with innovative techniques. Signature cocktails like the Spiritual, Not Religious with Ketel One, cucumber, pineapple, watermelon, garden of eden cordial, coconut water and eucalyptus air, transport guests to a breezy retreat. The Emerald Tide combines clarified 400 Conejos Mezcal, tomatillo, avocado, serrano peppers, cilantro, lime, and agave for a unique and lingering finish. The Jungle Nectar mixes Gran Centenario reposado, chiles, passionfruit, orange, guava, and agave for a tropical twist. The Noble Margarita combines blanco tequila, cilantro, and a house spice blend for a refreshingly bold take on the classic margarita. The Golden Chakra is a play on a pimm’s cup and blends Pimm’s No. 1, cardenxe sotol de desierto, nixta, sweet corn, fresno, butter, lemon, and ginger ale for a completely unique corn and citrus moment.

Each evening brings a celebration where local and international DJs play alongside tantalizing performance artists and talented live musicians.

The international hospitality group will continue to grow its Miami footprint with the openings of Toca Madera in 2025 and Meduza Mediterrania in 2026.
