In the heart of Wynwood, Dōma serves a contemporary Mediterranean-inspired, Southern Italian cuisine that incorporates local products and seasonal ingredients into a mix of classic dishes and modern selections. We’re inviting top media to experience it firsthand, please let me know if you could like to visit with a guest so we can coordinate coverage.

Dōma, which means “at home” in Latin, is owned by Italian native Luca Lomonaco, who spends  his evenings guiding patrons through selecting dishes and pairing varietals from the restaurant’s 800-bottle built-in wine cellar.

“I opened Dōma because I wanted to introduce a modern take on traditional Italian fare to locals in a genial atmosphere that caters to both everyday dining and special occasions,” notes Lomonaco. “We maintain the contemporary riff of our seasonal offerings through constant research and our staff is trained to provide every single guest that comes through our doors with a unique, tailored experience.”

At the 2,400-square-foot indoor/outdoor eatery, diners can enjoy dinner service in the garden-like outdoor patio or in the main dining room, outfitted in a modern, artsy decor complemented with wooden floors and accents of gold.

Dōma’s kitchen is led by Italian chef Marco Giuliano, who dishes out a menu of specialities that are full of color and flavor, such as Artichoke Prawns Risotto infused with olive oil, pine nuts and raspberry crumble and Fine Herbs Marinated Crudo, fresh local fish topped with an artful combination of blueberry gel, stracciatella, crispy mushrooms, quinoa avocado mash and vegetables. Entreé standouts include Sweet and Spicy Glazed Salmon, accompanied by porcini mushroom pureé, cauliflower salad, toasted almond crumble, english peas aioli and sautéed broccoli rabe. Pistachio-Crusted New Zealand Lamb Cutlets are also a signature, served with lentils mousse, taggiasca olives, fior di latte mozzarella and port jus.

Pasta is made in-house and served in dishes like Bucatini Cacio e Pepe dressed with pecorino cheese scorza nera, sichuan black pepper and crispy pecorino and Tagliolini al Tartufo Nero, tangled up with black truffle, French butter and parmesan cheese.

Dōma also features a private dining room for up to 12 guests and a bar area, perfect for enjoying the restaurant’s list of classic cocktails and spirits.
