Diners will kick off the night with a chilled asparagus and truffle salad with king crab confit, and poached egg confetti with truffle cream and peas tendrils, followed by a choice of appetizers from an array of options including Meat Market signatures: octopus and shrimp ceviche with Peruvian corn, Greek olives, tomato and aji Amarillo; Asian BBQ lamb ribs with hoisin BBQ sauce, papaya slaw, peanuts and cilantro; foie gras torchon with wild cherry gastric, quince jelly, anise, pistachios and pumpernickel toast; or white truffle diced angus beef tenderloin tartare and tobiko caviar with capers and red onions. Main course options include the Meat Market gourmet meat sampler – Kobe wagyu filet, filet marrow butter and blackened marinated New York steak; seabass with mash, wild mushrooms, sweet corn, tomato concasse and champagne truffle nage; or the pan roasted petite filet and crab duo. To complement the meal, diners can choose from a selection of sides, perfect for sharing. The Dutch at W South Beach will offer Christmas Eve & Christmas Day specials. Crafted by Chef de Cuisine Conor Hanlon, festive dinner specials include Roast Pheasant Roulade ($42) – accompanied by spiced sweet potato, Brussels sprouts, bacon and pickled cranberries. With two options, each priced at $58 per person (excluding tax and gratuity), diners can select between a One Pound Lobster Tail – rich and buttery, steamed and finished with lemon butter or a 14 oz. Bone-In Filet – tender and juicy bone-in filet mignon sprinkled with steak seasoning, mesquite grilled to your specifications and finished with a rosemary demi-glace. Priced at $85 (excluding tax and gratuity), first course options include Grilled Octopus with chickpeas, faro and a pistachio vinaigrette; Celery Soup with mortadella, a marsala reduction and black truffles; or Dolce Meatballs with creamy polenta & Parmigiano. For the second course, diners can delight in Veal Spezzatino with a mushroom risotto; Chilean Sea Bass with leeks, butternut squash and clams guazzetto; or Roasted Chicken with goat cheese crushed potatoes, broccoli rabe, sausage and baby carrots. Priced at $150 per person and available from 9PM until 1AM, the feast takes place on the beautiful exclusive rooftop at the Gale South Beach, complete with DJ. Antipasti dishes feature a selection of Italian meats and cheeses, Beef Carpaccio, Tuna Tartare, and Vitello Tonato.
