Following the successful debut of CATCH Miami Beach in May 2024, the celebrated globally-influenced seafood restaurant, is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated rooftop terrace, set to open during Miami Art Week 2024 (Dec 2-8, 2024) . Located in the vibrant South of Fifth neighborhood, this 5,500-square-foot, open-air oasis promises to elevate the CATCH experience, adding an exciting new dimension to its signature blend of exceptional cuisine, lively ambiance, and shareable style dining.

“With the rooftop terrace at CATCH Miami Beach, we’re taking the venue to the next level—showcasing incredible views and offering a top-tier outdoor space,” said Tilman Fertitta, Catch Hospitality Group partner. “The response since we opened in May has been fantastic, and this addition is going to further solidify our footprint in Miami’s dining scene.”

Designed by the acclaimed Rockwell Group, CATCH Miami Beach marks CATCH Hospitality Group’s seventh location, embodying the dynamic energy of its predecessors in New York, Los Angeles, and Aspen, while paving the way for upcoming expansions in Dallas and Scottsdale. The restaurant’s new rooftop terrace introduces a lush, garden-like escape from the bustling South Beach scene. With panoramic views of the South of Fifth skyline and ocean vistas, the new space offers the perfect backdrop for a chic dinner, sunset cocktails, nightcaps, and even a vibrant Sunday brunch experience.

“The rooftop terrace at CATCH Miami Beach is the perfect evolution of our brand in Miami,” said Mark Birnbaum, Catch Hospitality Group partner“This city has embraced us from day one, and we’re thrilled to provide an exciting new way for guests to experience what we do best—high-energy dining in an unforgettable setting.”

Thoughtfully organized into three distinct courtyard-style dining areas, the rooftop offers warmth and intimacy throughout its expansive layout and range of seating options. The front courtyard showcases preserved architectural elements, including a curved trellis and a fountain wall with traditional lion head spouts. Continuing into the garden dining area, guests will find Hollywood-style banquettes with channel-tufted seat backs,  all shaded by a sleek teal awning and a sliding glass partition. A wood trellis with fully retractable shading spans the entire space, merging style with functionality. A planter wall filled with locally sourced trees and flora, alongside strategically placed potted plants, further enhances the rooftop’s serene garden atmosphere.

“At CATCH, we believe in creating spaces that embody the energy and character of their surroundings, and this rooftop does just that,” said Eugene Remm, Catch Hospitality Group partner. “We’re excited to continue delivering the elevated experiential dining we’ve become known for with this new addition, blending our signature vibe, exceptional food, and great service in a fresh, outdoor atmosphere.”

Beyond its scenic appeal, the rooftop continues CATCH Miami Beach’s commitment to delivering the iconic shareable style dining experience the brand has become known for. To celebrate the launch of its new open-air dining terrace, the restaurant will also debut a brand-new Sunday brunch, available from 11:30 AM to 4:00 PM, officially launching on December 8, 2024. The globally inspired menu will feature modern renditions of CATCH’s signature sushi, seafood, and steak dishes, alongside curated culinary stations serving traditional brunch classics. Guests will also be able to enjoy dinner service on the rooftop, featuring popular CATCH dishes such as the CATCH Roll, Truffle Sashimi, Mushroom Spaghetti, and Cantonese Lobster.
