Casa Tua Cucina, the market and dining experience imagined by hospitality brand Casa Tua, will open its second location on April 17th in Miami’s Wynwood.
Founded 25 years ago by Miky and Leticia Grendene, Casa Tua has always been centered around the home and creating places where people feel comfortable, cared for, and connected. That feeling carries through everything they do. At Cucina, the focus turns to the very heart of the home—the kitchen—connecting people with the process, the craft, and to one another.
At its core, Cucina is not just a place to eat, but something to witness. The kitchen is open, alive, and theatrical, with chefs working in full view like actors on a stage who know their roles by heart. With no separation between kitchen and table, Cucina’s guests are part of the show, drawn in by the energy and precision they see go into every dish.
“For us, it starts with our people,” says co-founder Miky Grendene. “When the team feels proud, and when they feel seen and celebrated, they work differently. And when you invite guests into that experience, they feel it too. The connection creates something powerful for everyone, and somehow the food tastes better for it.”
The exchange is meaningful, and reinforces what Cucina is designed to do: celebrate quality food, the people who prepare it, and the guests who are welcomed to enjoy it.
Cucina also exists to support something larger. Behind every ingredient is a person, often an artisan, who has spent years—sometimes generations—perfecting their craft. From olive oil producers to pasta makers, from fishermen to cheesemakers, these traditions only survive if there is a place for them. Casa Tua Cucina is that bridge, connecting those who still believe in doing things the right way with those who still appreciate it.
With this approach, the co-founders have set out to prove that quality and quantity don’t have to be at odds, and that with the right systems, the right people, and an unwavering attention to detail, it is possible to serve many without ever losing the integrity of what you serve.
What’s clear is that this philosophy isn’t just good hospitality, it’s good business. Casa Tua Cucina’s Brickell location sees approximately 3,000 guests per day—over one million annually—and consistently ranks among the highest-grossing restaurants per square foot in the country. It’s a superior draw and customer retention that has positioned Casa Tua Cucina to anchor the forthcoming One Beverly Hills development in Los Angeles, the $10 billion dollar project set to deliver in 2028.
Taken together, Casa Tua Cucina is a showcase of craftsmanship, connection, and heartfelt hospitality that has proven time and again that when you put people first, success follows.
Practical Details:
The idea was first introduced with Casa Tua Cucina in Miami’s Brickell City Centre, an extension of the brand’s existing locations in Miami Beach, Aspen, and New York.
The new venue within Wynwood’s NoMad Residences will feature 13,500 square feet of indoor dining space. With an additional 5,000 square feet of outdoor terrace, the total capacity is 400 guests.
Across the floor, guests will experience 10 stations, each with different menu items and a curation of carefully selected local and international products.
The second opening comes on the heels of Casa Tua Cucina Brickell’s enormous success. This location welcomes approximately 3,000 guests per day and over one million annually. It is ranked among the highest-grossing restaurants per square foot in the country.
This level of demand and customer retention has positioned the brand for expansion. Additional locations are confirmed for Boston, Brooklyn and an anchor tenant in the forthcoming One Beverly Hills development, a $10 billion project set to deliver in Los Angeles in 2028. There, Casa Tua Cucina will live alongside other confirmed partners including a 78-key Aman Beverly Hills and a Dolce & Gabbana store.
The Wynwood location will be led by Chef Mirco Delle Donne and Alessandro Caporale.
The venue will feature 10 distinct stations:
Pasta: The heart of the concept, where fresh pasta is made daily by hand and prepared to order, offering both traditional recipes and rotating dishes
Pizza, Salumi & Panini: A station led by an in-house pizzaiolo, serving classic Italian pizzas alongside a selection of cured meats, cheeses, and freshly made sandwiches
Crudo & Sushi: Featuring sustainably sourced fish served as nigiri, sashimi, specialty rolls and crudos
Grill: Premium meats prepared on an open, wood-burning fire
Frutta & Verdura: A vegetable-led station offering daily-pressed juices, seasonal produce, and lighter dishes such as a farro caprese and Sicilian tomato salad
Dolci: An artisanal dessert station showcasing house-made Italian sweets
Caffè & Gelato: Dedicated to Italian coffee culture, serving espresso, cappuccino, and gelato throughout the day
Il Bar: A central bar operating as a gathering point, offering cocktails, wine, and aperitivo-style drinks
Mercato: A curated gourmet market featuring premium products, including Casa Tua private label items such as pasta, sauces, olive oils, chocolates, and coffee, with additional specialty items sourced locally and from France, Italy, and Spain.
Bread: Over 10 varieties of fresh bread made with Italian flour and natural yeast, baked daily to enjoy on premise or at home
Casa Tua Cucina Wynwood will officially open on April 17th and operate Monday through Sunday from 9AM – 11PM. The restaurant will accommodate walk-ins only.
