For this year’s fiesta, award-winning chef, TV personality, author and philanthropist Aarón Sánchez spices up the flavor factor as host. At the Festival’s renowned North Venue, you’ll sample every type of taco under the South Florida sun – from authentic barbacoa to veggie-forward favorites – and thanks to Tequila Cazadores, there will be margaritas a plenty to keep you bailando (dancing!) all night long. Hosted at Eden Roc, the event features dishes from a diverse group of chefs who honor culturally significant ingredients and techniques.
