New Year‘s Eve Jazz Dinner at Sérêvène by Chef Pawan Pinisetti
On December 31st, locals and visitors are encouraged to start the new year with an elegant and innovative dinner. Executive Chef Pawan Pinisetti is preparing a Japanese and French inspired 4-course menu accompanied by live jazz to set the stage for a serenading and sumptuous evening. This limited edition menu will be priced at $195 per person with an optional enhancement of black truffles per course ($69 +) or a carefully curated wine pairing ($69+). The celebratory dinner will also include a complimentary amuse bouche showcasing their signature infused winter truffle butter.
All guests will receive a classic starter, the Sweet P’s Cappuccino consisting of a Sweet Pea Bisque topped with a fromage parmesan cheese foam. Additional, menu highlights include a “KFQ” Krispy Fried Quail tossed with gochujang Sweet Chili and served alongside a togarashi Aioli, kiwi carpaccio, Lobster Uni Alfredo mixed tableside with butter poached lobster and bucatini pasta in a parmesan crust with domestic caviar and uni from Hokkaido, Filet Mignon served with rich and silky pommes fondue and a vegetarian friendly Cauliflower Bulgogi.
