Wynwood hotspot Beaker & Gray has launched vegan- and vegetarian-friendly dinner menus featuring some of the restaurant’s signature dishes.

Known for his globally-inspired cuisine, chef/owner Brian Nasajon, has been at the helm of Beaker & Gray’s kitchen since its opening in 2015. Constantly striving to create new and innovative dishes in a laidback and inclusive atmosphere, he challenged himself to create alternate versions of his best menu items that guests with certain dietary restrictions could enjoy. The twist on the dishes eliminates meat and/or animal products without sacrificing the bold flavors and creativity the restaurant is known for.

Guests may choose to opt in for the Vegetarian menu which includes selections such as the popular Yellow Curry with rice noodles, bell peppers and coconut cream ($15); Fried Rice with sauerkraut cream, caraway and swiss crumb ($14); Pumpkin Gnocchi with huancaina, chimichurri and wild mushroom ($14); Stracciatella with salsa verde, cucumber and olive oil roti ($15); Cauliflower with huancaina, queso fresco and yuzu ($14); and Wild Mushroom with Nashi pear, butternut squash and sake ($16).

Vegan options include another take on the Pumpkin Gnocchi with sesame cream, olive and potato crunch ($14); Rice Noodles with coconut cream, ginger and green onion ($13); Avocado with pickled shallot and maple mustard ($12); Cauliflower with wild mushrooms, grilled onion and chimichurri ($10); and Palmito Salad with coconut, watermelon and potato crunch ($14).

A handful of items overlap on both menus including the B&G Salad with cashew, avocado and candied ginger ($13); Maitake with yuzu and smoked jalapeño ($14); Green Papaya with coconut crunch, spiced peanut and chili vinegar ($14); and Shishito Peppers with yuzu, chili salt and ancho oil ($10).

The menus are currently only offered during dinner service. Beaker & Gray serves dinner nightly beginning at 6PM. The menus are available until 11PM Sunday through Thursday; and until 1AM on Friday and Saturday.

Beaker & Gray is located at 2637 North Miami Avenue in Wynwood.
