He started The Miami Guide as a blog in 2011, back when blogs were cool, and half a million people now follow along.The method hasn't changed since then: he goes. Eats there, drinks there, checks in, shows up on a Tuesday to see what a place is like when nobody's watching. Half of it he finds on skates, on the boardwalk, before eight.
