October at R House Wynwood hits different. The stage is set for homecomings, guest royalty, and one of the most anticipated nights of the year: Freaky Friday, when the cast trades wigs and becomes each other in a drag hall of mirrors.

This month marks the triumphant return of Athena Dion and Juicy Love, who step back onto the R House stage Friday, October 10 for dinner service and brunch service on Saturday, October 11 and Sunday, October 12 — bringing back the energy, artistry, and star power that helped make R House a national talent incubator. Their return coincides with a month stacked with special guest appearances from some of the most celebrated names in drag. They will be joined on Sunday, October 12 by the unmissable Bruno, the fan-favorite from the RuPaul’s Drag Race Pit Crew, bringing muscle and charisma to brunch.

October brings drag royalty to Wynwood. On Friday, October 3, Stasha Sanchez—Miss Continental 2018—kicks off the month with elegance and pageant prestige. Sunday, October 26 welcomes Dahlia Sin, the unforgettable fashion powerhouse from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 12. Then, Halloween weekend goes all out: Friday, October 31 features Kylie Sonique Love, the winner of RuPaul’s Drag Race All Stars Season 6, followed by Saturday, November 1 with Mhiya Iman Lepaige from RuPaul’s Drag Race Season 16, who will perform at the Day of the Dead After Dark dinner show hosted by T.Lo Ivy, D’ Vice Dion, and King Adonis.

But the month’s most talked-about night may be Friday, October 17: Freaky Friday. For one night only, the R House cast trades identities—each queen impersonating another in a spectacle of camp, chaos, and pure drag magic. Expect signature tracks, exaggerated mannerisms, and the kind of inside-joke energy that only a tight-knit cast can deliver. It’s a love letter to the queens themselves, and a night you won’t see anywhere else.

Throughout October, Miami Spice continues with two elevated prix-fixe menus that make it easy to pair world-class dining with world-class performance. Choose the $45 three-course dinner menu with options for appetizer, main, and dessert, or opt for the $60 two-course menu (appetizer and main) with bottomless drinks—the popular add-on that’s been a hit since its debut. The extended Spice run keeps the momentum rolling through October 31st.

The month also nods to pop royalty: Sunday, October 19, celebrates Doja Cat’s birthday with a tribute performance by Juicy Love, and Saturday, October 25, honors Katy Perry’s birthday with a tribute performance by Athena Dion. While not full-themed brunches, both weekends will deliver the high-energy performances and crowd moments that have made R House brunch a Miami essential.

“October is about welcoming our family back home and inviting legends to our stage,” said Owen Bale, Co-Founder of R House Wynwood. “From Athena and Juicy’s return to Kylie Sonique Love on Halloween, this is a month that celebrates the past, present, and future of drag—all under one roof in Wynwood.”

R House Wynwood is located at 2727 NW 2nd Avenue, Miami. Dinner service runs Wednesday through Saturday with Happy Hour Wednesday to Friday from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. Drag Brunch seatings are Saturdays and Sundays at 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. For reservations and the latest seatings, visit rhousewynwood.com and follow @rhousewynwood on Instagram.
