Art Deco Weekend

South Beach – January 13-15, 2023

Art Deco Weekend is a three-day celebration of that movement — a weekend filled with art, architecture, history, culture, entertainment and more. Originally created as a way to bring more people to Miami Beach at a time when tourism was low and preserving Art Deco history wasn’t a priority, today, this popular annual event is still the longest-running free community cultural festival in Miami Beach.

 

South Beach Jazz Festival

South Beach – January 5-8, 2023

The South Beach Jazz Festival is back. This three-day festival takes place throughout Miami Beach to showcase world-renowned musicians. All styles of jazz will be represented, from New Orleans to Brazilian, and all performances are free and open to the public.

Wodapalooza

Bayfront Park, Miami, FL – January 12 – 15, 2023

Wodapalooza (WZA) began as a grassroots single-day fitness competition with 145 athletes and 500 spectators in 2012 and has since established itself as the world’s premier Functional Fitness Festival. Wodapalooza descends on Miami’s Bayfront Park for 4-days in January and brings together thousands of athletes, spectators, and fitness fanatics to celebrate fitness, community, and life.

International Chocolate Festival

Coral Gables – January 21-22, 2023

The International Chocolate Festival returns to Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden in Coral Gables. Chocoholics from all over flock to this beloved event. They not only love the tasting stations but also getting to know the process behind making and growing cacao.

 

Pegasus World Cup

Gulfstream Park, Hallandale Beach, FL – January 28, 2023

The Pegasus World Cup presented by Baccarat returns Saturday, January 28 with an unparalleled racing and entertainment experience in the Carousel Club at Gulfstream Park. Lifetime Miami Marathon

Miami – January 29, 2023

As one of the biggest endurance events of the year, the Life Time Miami Marathon & Half Marathon will return on February 6, 2023 for its 20th anniversary. More than 25,000 people from all 50 states and more than 80 countries around the world will compete in both the 26.2-mile marathon and 13.1-mile half marathon that snakes through the city.

Coconut Grove Arts Festival

Regatta Park, Coconut Grove – February 18-19-20, 2023.

Coconut Grove comes alive with music, food and art for the three-day Coconut Grove Arts Festival. This family-friendly outdoor event is a great way to spend Presidents’ Day Weekend. Peep work from over 360 artists while you stuff your face with local bites.

 

Miami International Boat Show

Miami Marine Stadium – February 15-19, 2023.

The Progressive Miami International Boat Show returns to Miami Marine Stadium Park & Basin on the Rickenbacker Causeway in Key Biscayne from February 16-20, 2023. As one of the largest and most influential boat shows worldwide, it draws over 100,000 attendees annually to experience the latest in boating from over 1,000 vendors. Everyone from boaters looking to purchase their next mega yacht to novices enjoying a pleasant day under the sun amidst a marina full of state-of-the-art boats will find something exciting at the Miami International Boat Show.

 

South Beach Wine and Food Festival

South Beach – February 23-28, 2023

Celebrity chefs and culinary personalities—from Rachel Ray to Geoffrey Zakarian and Guy Fieri, take to the sands of South Beach for Miami’s biggest and most famous annual food festival, all proceeds of which benefit Florida International University’s Hospitality & Tourism Management school. Seriously, this thing is huge. Concocted by Lee Brian Schrager, festival founder and director, SOBEWFF is one of Miami’s most-anticipated annual events and a favorite amongst the highly-regarded chefs in attendance.

Winter Party Festival

South Beach – March 1-7, 2023

Winter Party Festival will take over Miami Beach to help raise money for the LGBTQ community. Way back in 1994, Winter Party Festival started out as a one-day mega dance party on Miami Beach, the first ever actually held on the beach.

 

Miami 305 Day

Miami – Mar 5, 2023

305 Day, a celebration of all that is wonderful about Miami! Every year on March 5, the city of Miami joins together to celebrate 305 Day and all that is unique to our city. 305 Day is celebrated in the city of Miami because of the area code for the city (305). It became the official day to have a shot of cuban coffee known as “Cafesito” at 3:05pm by the City of Miami. #Cafesito305.

 

Carnaval Miami

South Beach – Mar 4 – 5, 2023

Carnaval Miami is more than just a single weekend festival at the Calle Ocho Festival. It’s a series of cultural events which also includes a sister festival held on Coral Gables’ Miracle Mile that focuses on Latin Jazz (Carnaval on the Mile), a beauty pageant to crown Miss Carnaval, a Cooking Contest, 10 K run, Golf Classic, soccer tournament and domino tournament.

 

Jazz in the Gardens

Hard Rock Stadium Miami Gardens, FL – Mar 11 – 12, 2023

Talented, award-winning artists celebrate the 16th anniversary of the festival that showcases music and the culture and diversity of Miami Gardens with residents and people from all over the world. Jazz in the Gardens (JITG) has announced the 2023 lineup for the incredibly popular jazz and R&B music festival.

Calle Ocho Music Festival

Little Havana Miami – March, 2023

Carnaval Miami and the Calle Ocho Music Festival is the largest street festival in Miami and the largest Hispanic festival in the entire country. It’s an annual tradition that brings people together to celebrate Miami’s vibrant Latin and Caribbean cultures on the streets of Little Havana. The festivities are positively brimming with non-stop music, food and activities for an energetic and festive explosion of culture.

 

Model Volleyball Miami Beach

8th & Ocean Front – March 18-19, 2023

The Model Volleyball Tournament takes places once a year in Miami Beach. The tournament has grown to see nearly 15,000 attendees over the two day event in Miami Beach. The Tournament is always free and open to the public of all ages. Featuring each cities top model agencies, as well as some of the top professional volleyball players across the world, competing in a co-ed beach volleyball tournament. These top agencies include Next, CGM, Elite, MC2, Mega, Front, BMG Runways, 2BC, K2, DAS & Dorothy Combs.

 

Ultra Music Festival

Downtown Miami – March 24, 25, 26 2023

Party people from around the world escape rainy, gray springtime and descend on sunny Miami in late March for the annual Ultra Music Festival, a three-day electronic dance music (EDM) party. Attracting over 70,000 music-lovers, the festival started two decades ago as a small one-day party on South Beach to cap off the Winter Music Conference. Expect a high-energy crowd relishing in a euphoric dance experience with major pyrotechnics, confetti and lasers.

Miami Music Week

Miami – March 22-27, 2023

Miami Music Week is one of the world’s most recognized electronic music events. Every year, hundreds of thousands of people from across the globe descend on Miami during the last week of March as the city transforms itself into a dance music paradise. Miami Open

Hard Rock Stadium – March 19-April 2, 2023

Miami Open, the prestigious two-week tennis tournament is one of the world’s largest, in terms of players, prize money and attendance, with 200 of the world’s top competitors taking part. This will be the tournament’s last year at Key Biscayne’s Crandon Park before it moves to Hard Rock Stadium.

Miami Beach Pride is a nine-day celebration featuring special events, social mixers, dance events, a VIP gala, an incredible two-day festival and Pride Parade. Wynwood Pride

Wynwood – Jun, 2023

Wynwood and Pride go hand in hand. It’s no secret the LGBTQ+ community is drawn to the arts, so the Wynwood neighborhood is a natural fit for Greater Miami & Miami Beach’s first pride festival in the Covid-19 vaccine era. With a stellar entertainment lineup, the festival represented the hopes of all of us who were cooped up for the past year while nearly every Pride festival was shuttered because of the lockdown.

 

American Black Film Festival

Miami Beach – June 14 -18, 2023

Now it its 27th year, the American Black Film Festival is an annual event that empowers Black artists and showcases a wide range of entertainment content made by and about people of African descent. An experience like no other, the festival brings together Black culture enthusiasts, executives and content creators from around the world for five days of screenings, talk events, exclusive parties and high-powered networking. Miami Swim Week

Miami Swim Week, held in Miami Beach each July is the world’s largest swimwear tradeshow. Every year, more than 2,500 of the best swim, resort, beach and lifestyle lines are showcased at the show held at the Miami Beach Convention Center. For the fashion shows and events, Miami Swim Week by FashionWeekOnline provides a calendar of events. Runway shows, cocktail receptions, trunk shows and incredible events fill the week on South Beach.

 

Rolling Loud

Miami – July 21-23, 2023

The Rolling Loud Music Festival is a three-day event that has become the largest Hip-Hop festival in the world. And it all started in Miami. Headliners at Rolling Loud 2021 were A$AP Rocky, Travis Scott and Post Malone.

International Ballet Festival of Miami

The International Ballet Festival is held every year in Miami from the last week of August through mid-September, bringing to Miami-Dade County spectacular performances by over 100 Principal Dancers representing more than 20 ballet companies, a dance film series, art exhibits inspired by the dance, book presentations, workshops and master classes.

Miami International Auto Show

Miami – October, 2023

One of the largest shows of its kind in America and a cornerstone of Miami car culture, The Miami International Auto Show returns just in time for its 50th anniversary October. The exhibition will cover over a million square feet at the Miami Beach Convention Center, bringing with it hundreds of new cars, trucks, SUVs, electric vehicles and crossovers. The show will also offer a number of “Ride and Drives,” where attendees can strap into their favorite car and take it for a spin.

Art Basel Miami Beach / Miami Art Week

Art Basel Miami Beach is North America’s most comprehensive international contemporary art fair with over 268 galleries from 35 countries showcasing works by more than 4,000 artists.
