Transforming the skyline of Downtown Miami, Brickell City Centre is being brought to life by Swire Properties and world-renowned Miami architectural firm Arquitectonica. The project includes 565,000 square feet of luxury retail and dining anchored by Saks Fifth Avenue, two premier luxury condominium towers, two mid-rise office towers, and a 263-room hotel with serviced apartments. What’s more, the LEED-ND certified Brickell City Centre will feature one of the industry’s most innovative environmental features — the CLIMATE RIBBON™, a 150,000 square foot elevated art installation composed of steel, fabric and a continuous glass surface that protects visitors from inclement weather, captures sea breezes to regulate air flow and temperature, collects rainwater for reuse, and allows visitors to enjoy natural light in an open air experience.
